No Retina iPad Mini coming this year according to one analyst, but low-cost iPhone and a new iPad will join the iPhone 5S release date by October 2013.

Apple will launch multiple devices this year, and it looks like the Retina iPad Mini is not in tow. As reported by Mac Rumors on Monday, seasoned Apple analyst?Ming-Chi Kuo of KGI claims that the iPhone 5S will launch by end of September ? similar to last year?s iPhone 5 launch date window. Coming alongside the new iPhone according to Kuo is the iPad 5 with iPad Mini-like build quality, possibly with anodized aluminum and more rounded corners, plus, Apple will reportedly launch its mid-range iPhone with plastic build by end of September too.
