Having the ability to host your own teleseminars will give your online business the jumpstart it needs. Next to being there in person, allowing your prospects and clients hear your voice will give them the connection they need. This can also be a lucrative part of your business. You must also think beyond the teleseminar itself, and plan on repurposing these audios into products, use them on your sales letters and optin pages, and teach entire courses using this method.
Every piece of content you create can be turned into a stand alone product, or packaged with other content to form a product or a bonus. When you host calls on your niche topic, think ahead to how someone else will benefit from listening to this information and learning from your expertise. Start with an outline or detailed bullet points so that you include every bit of the information you intended on sharing with your audience. Some people even write out most of what they will say, but I have found that to be too restrictive when I am recording with a group on the line.
The Internet can be very one dimensional, in that we are reading everything we search for, for the most part. By adding an audio recording to your sales letters and optin pages you allow your target market to hear your voice and get a better feel for who you are. This will help to connect you to your visitors, in a way that you may not have thought about previously. These can be recorded alone, or taken as excerpts from other teleseminars you are hosting. The idea is to speak directly to the person who finds your page so they will be more inclined to give you their name and email address.
You may also teach entire courses or training programs using the teleseminar format. This is how I started several years ago, and now I am always incorporating this strategy into my online business. In fact, most of my information product creation starts with a hosted call to my group.
Everyone loves to listen to something while they are walking, driving, or doing other activities, so provide them with teleseminar recordings to teach them what you know on your topic. This will be an excellent way to share your message with the world while building up your inventory of information products.
By now you can see that it is a valuable marketing strategy to allow your market to hear your voice, and this is something than can be done easily from the comfort of your home office.
